Most of our packages are available as gift vouchers and unless otherwise stated, come with 9 months validity. They can be redeemed at iFLY Manchester, Milton Keynes, Basingstoke and London at The O2 only.

Yes, Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for alternative goods or services supplied by iFLY MK Ltd (including adults and children's merchandise) at any time during their validity, up to and equal to the value of the purchase.

Example: A Kick-Start voucher purchased for £69.99 can be exchanged for an alternative flight experience(s), media, adults and/or children's merchandise (or any other goods / services supplied by iFLY MK Ltd) up to the value of £69.99. Where the exchange is of greater value than that of the original voucher purchase, a supplementary payment (of the difference) is required.

Redeeming Gift Vouchers

Firstly all vouchers purchased directly with iFLY come with 9 months validity as standard and they’re nice and simple to redeem. Simply visit ‘Redeem a Voucher’ to get your flights booked. Pre-booking is essential and flights are subject to availability - please ensure you book well in advance to guarantee your preferred flying time.

It’s important to know that once a voucher has expired, it can no longer be redeemed at iFLY – so we strongly recommend booking early.

However, if your voucher has passed its expiry date, don’t panic; our team are on hand to help. We may be able to offer the same experience to you with either 3 or 6 months validity at a significantly discounted price. So if you’d like to discuss your purchase with our team, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

If you have an Indoor Skydiving voucher you can redeem it online within minutes.

If you need help or you can't find your voucher provider online, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly customer service team.
